Drive San Joaquin is a grassroots initiative dedicated to helping individuals reclaim their transportation independence. We understand the challenges many face in accessing reliable transportation, and we are here to provide support and resources. Our mission is to empower community members with the tools they need to navigate their journeys confidently, fostering a sense of autonomy and freedom. Together, we can drive change and make transportation accessible for everyone.

Transportation independence Intake and InterviewOne-on-one Meeting with Case Manager. At this initial meeting you and your case manger will establish a case plan based on your needs and abilities.

Safe Driver CourseEveryone who utilizes our assistance has the opportunity to take advantage of Safe Drriver courses. These courses prepare you for real life scenarios as well as are accepted by insurance companies to recieve policy rate discounts.

Advocacy you NeedA dedicated staff to work with state or local departments on your behalf to remove barriers. We work with departments such as child support, traffic courts and parole and probation offices to work with us on your behalf to remove transportation restrictions.
DRIVE San Joaquin has established relationships with local businesses and community organizations to find innovative ways to help people with obtaining and maintaining reliable transportation.

Bonnie MannProgram Manager and FounderBonnie is Founder and your biggest advocate to transportation independenBonnie is passionate about helping individuals regain their transportation independence. Bonnie's expertise lies in connecting individuals with the resources they need to navigate transportation options effectively. She believes that everyone deserves the freedom to travel, and she works tirelessly to promote solutions that empower people to take charge of their mobility. In her spare time, Bonnie enjoys exploring local parks and being outdoors and on the San Joaquin Delta river.

Araiz AvalosCommunity Engagement Coordinator and Co FounderHer role involves fostering connections between individuals and local transportation resources, ensuring that everyone has committed to creating a supportive environment where individuals feel empowered to learn about their transportation options. Araiz is bilingual and brings much to the table. In her spare time she enjoys being with family and friends.

Jennifer has spent most of her life as an advocate for someone or something at any given moment. Jennifer is passionate about the mission and has dedicated her time and efforts to help DRIVE San Joaquin fulfill its mission. In her spare time she enjoys being on the beach and traveling.
